Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody: our Real Estate office is located in the Coquitlam Town Core, on the ideal intersection of the Tri-Cities. The location is a great commercial and residential hub and we are happy to have the chance soon to enjoy the new Evergreen Line. This will make life easier for our Real Estate agents and for all the skilled REALTORS who want a Real Estate job in Greater Vancouver. It will also help us in acheiving some of our most important goals as an office: to offer to our associates a premier location, and an ongoing increaseof opportunities for business and high-quality professional services.
RE/MAX Sabre Realty was born as a Real Estate office in January 1981. In 1985 owners Bill Jenkins and Terry Willies decided to join RE/MAX. In 1989, Verne Gatzke purchased the Real Estate office and decided to remain part of the RE/MAX group in order to offer a better chance for a career in Real Estate to our REALTORS.
The office is characterized by a strong, proud personality and we invest a lot of time and money to consolidate and increase our strength and reputation. RE/MAX International and RE/MAX of Western Canada has recognized the office on a number of occasions based on its successful sales volume, top management and dedicated staff.
In the past 28 years, we have launched different initiatives for giving back to the local community. The 2014 edition of the RE/MAX Sabre Annual Charity Golf Tournament raised in excess $400,000; all shared with the community to help make a difference for those who need a helping hand.
Thanks to this initiative, we have a great time and we do something good.

My name is Scott McDonald and I am the Manager at RE/MAX Sabre Realty since 2000. I guided the office through some extreme market cycles and significant reform in our profession as it’s regulated and governed. In the last few years, the office has doubled its number of REALTORS, expanded space at its location and increased its market presence. In 2005 I was recognized by RE/MAX of Western Canada as Manager of the Year. If someone asked me now which group of Real Estate agents I would want to know, I would answer one word: millennials. I want people in their 30s, with good Real Estate experience, ready to become top producers – and be able to use the new technologies that are changing our professions.
