Our RE/MAX SELECT REALTY Real Estate office opened in 2010 with the objective to fill a gap in East Vancouver – at that time there was a lack of reputable firms in the area. We created our team with the best realtors in the East Vancouver area , offering a unique chance to improve their career in real estate. RE/MAX Select Realty plays a key role in the growth of RE/MAX’s market share in East Vancouver. We have just 15% of the agents, however figures in the area moved from 20% to 30%. Imagine what we can do if even more driven and dynamic people decide to look for jobs opportunities in real estate in East Vancouver and in the Greater Vancouver area.

In 2013, 70% of our real estate agents were part of the Real Estate Board’s Medallion Club. Our specialities are training, services, support and accountability – not many other brokerages can offer the same. This is the reason why our office is one of the fastest growing in Vancouver. In 2013 we increased our number of agents by 30% and increased the number of transaction by 60%.

Our real estate agents are our best brand ambassadors; they are a friendly team of hard workers. We are passionate about our job and committed towards our community. And we do it as a team: we are famous for banding together for things that matter. In 2010, our agents held a fundraising campaign for a fellow agent who had been stricken with cancer. They raised $40,000 to help cover some of his expenses. The action was completely agent-driven, but also owner and manager supported. In fact, the owners matched the amount raised for a grand total of $80,000.

Another example of our teamwork and genourosity was last year when the Vaneast Boxing Club burned down. Not only is in our community of East Vancouver, we also appreciated the way it gave back to the community – offering free and discounted lessons and programs to at-risk youth. Our agents got together for a fundraiser and raised $3700 for the club.

Our aim as an office is straightforward: to provide the absolute highest level of service to our agents and assist them in providing the highest level of service possible to their clients.

We are looking for driven agents who are already top producers or willing to do what it takes to become one.
